They don't care about service delivery
They have deducted a monthly premium from me for 40 YEARS. When the post office collapsed all communication from them stopped. I requested that a service agent call me 2 days ago. Still waiting for that elusive call. This is the level of service one can expect nowadays, a 'I don't care' attitude.
