They are dangerous

Be careful if you have policy with liberty life. You children will suffer to get claims paid. They paid someone else my money that my father left me. When I call they accept that they received all documents I sent them even my bank statement. When I asked so why you paid someone else with the documents I sent you they told me to give them 72 hours to investigate their own mistakes. 72 gone they never bothered to contact me. After 72 hours I called them back they said they are still investigating. Till today no respond and no money. They just don't care. Parents be careful if you have policy with them.
