Theft or incompetency?
I suspect liberty is trying to keep my money for the interest. After having received no feedback from Philile Thula, I have sent messages to liberty through Hello Peter only to be ignored - yet again. Yesterday Brenda Gasa called to ask whether I would prefer to submit the early retirement form as it meant I would pay less tax. After looking at the forms I decided to go with the original forms. I sent her an email to this effect, to which her reply was that this was not a problem, she would resubmit them. Of course when I asked her how one just cancels a claim telephonically and without being sure the client would be happy to sign the retirement forms, I never heard from her again. I knew this WOULD be a problem as nobody at liberty has EVER done due diligence - there was a problem with section D, which I assumed had been sorted out as Brenda said that after filling in the retirement form it would go to SARS. I received an sms last night saying the claim would take 10 days, and of course, as usual, another email this morning saying that a payout could not be made as there was a problem with section D, this time from Teboho Nkopane. I have sent him an email telling him to do due diligence. Why is it I must do your job? I have had NO HELP from Mogamet Fakir (my supposed financial adviser) which is DISGUSTING. He ignored my email and doesn't answer my calls. The only person who helped was Philile Thula, who seems to have disappeared. Nobody knows what is going on in this company. I have nothing but time on my hands, so I am going to make sure I use all the social media platforms I can think of, and when I've run out of those I will google the rest - to let the whole world know exactly how *********** you people are.
