The worst service and experience

I truly have had to endure one of worst services and experience form Liberty on claiming my funds. They then advised me to do a medical claim which I finally did with my last funds and now they are just ignoring my emails. I’ve been practically begging them for months to pay me out my funds and now that I have done what they asked me to do I’m still being ignored. That time I need these funds for my medical condition and expenses. No one is updating me on my claim since I submitted all the documents which was asked from me .
