The worst customer service and support (Liberty Group)

Liberty was a company that i would give a good review to, but lately you cannot get a hold of any one on the contact numbers nor are there anyone replying on emails.

My parents' employer contribution gets paid by Liberty and somewhere between Liberty and the Medical Aid was a mix up and I have sent numerous emails to but no-one reply's not from any email address we have and used for so long.

They have become an useless when it comes to customer service and support.
