The worst customer service

Liberty duplicated an IRP5 of mine with SARS and because of this I cannot file my tax. I've emailed and called them for 3 weeks straight, yet no solution as of yet. If penalties are issued, I'll be liable and not Liberty. Please get in contact with me urgently
