The worst call center in SA

When you call this call center to find out about the Educator Claim forms you get transfered and wait 15 minutes on hold!!!! I called 5 times and waited a hour to be assisted my a agent.... I wasted R100 in airtime waiting on hold by agents that don't want to assist me with information, the agent finally took me off hold after 15 mins to say there are no available agents and was so rude she put the phone down in my ear... Nevr in my life have I had such bad service from a company that hangs up on customers for information
