The service received was appalling

Good day Grace Madumo had invested an amount of R100k through Standardbank who invested her money with Liberty in sept of 2015 so when she withdrew her savings she was advised that her investment was invested in a no interest bearing account. With that said, she lost an amount of R12000 of her initial investment.

When this was queried with Standard bank she was advised that her account was a non interest bearing account( which Standard bank Adviser) did not inform her when she took out the policy.

Please can you advise on how to get her initial investment back as she was not aware of such issues.
