The painful process of dealing with the passing of loved one is made more painful

The Deceased Estate online claims process is a joke. The online claim status has not changed in over a month - it still says "Claim Pending Assessor Allocation". When I ask for feedback via email, I receive duplicate and conflicting responses. This departments needs serious attention!
