The don't care at all!!!
I have sent numerous complains through 3 channels to Liberty 1. the client services 2. Hello Peter 3. Liberty website in all these channels I have explained in detail the nature of my complained and since they failed to attend and fix it,I have asked to transfer my RA to another institution, now nobady responds and nobody cares at all.
My advice to anyone, Don't invest with Liberty
