The company is not helping me to get the forms for my Provided fund claim at Liberty

I got a respond from them that the company told them to hold my claim because of the legal proceeding they have against me that the court dismissed now my question is are they allowed to do that I must now suffer because of them I need the money to able to continue pay my debts and buy some food. I'm not sure if they got the update from the company as they were suppose to it's the the 2nd June 2023 no update from liberty.
