what an absolute joke this company is. I am trying to find out what documents are required for a named beneficiary of a policy, who is not a South African citizen, and does not live in South Africa, to make a claim.

this seems to be something that Liberty cannot answer and they insist that I name the beneficiary first. What nonsense is this? Surely you guys must know what documents are needed?
