Please assist with the above withdrawal issue.(check subject line for the fund numbers concerned)

I have made through my financial and personal capacity the request to have my pension fund be transferred into a new company that i have been just employed with, i also made a withdrawal request that has not materialised due to some so-called system error and now my finances are being heavily affected and no one is willing to assist me! i have made numerous calls to no avail.

To make matters worse your contact centre is unable to take calls and there is no way for me to follow up on this matter! What is happening with my money? I want my money!
