I have never came across such a frustrating service in this company lack of communication I’ve been waiting for my provident fund for over 7 months now I’ve filled withdrawal forms 3 times even drove 80 km to the office in Braamfontein looking for answers it’s always one story after story back and forth last time I called two weeks back I was told I wil hv my money in 7 day after I was told everything is fine by one of the consultant still no money no communication what’s happening with this company just a clarity in details by a phone call or an email or sms is too much to ask
