I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart Robin and Lorraine, when I called this morning I was heavy and frustrated. Having to interact with both of you blessed my day you humbled my experience. You were patient and empathetic during my not so friendly rant. I applaud you for this, not many of us can digest complaints we always see them as obstacles. Your professionalism and enthusiasm to get to the root of the issue promptly exceeded my expectations. Honestly, Words fail me at this moment but all I can say is YOU ARE TRUE GEMS! I hope Liberty recognizes!
