Having being diagnosed with a very rare disease i app**** for a Income Disability cover claim, I have two assessors that were allocated to my case Samke Tfwala and Cyril Mathebula, Both Samke and Cyril were clear as day that this was unchartered territory but considering all of the factors at play they kept me in the loop and in as best head space at all times, my medical team were the longest delay when it came to any request.
