Good day I would like to thank Sizwe Ncipha (Group Customer Relations Specialist). He not only help me with the query I posted here on Hello Peter but also educated me on information that was omitted to me a client in the initial stage when I engage being a client between the two companies.... Liberty and Standard Bank.
I would also like to ask Liberty to improvise queries that we clients encounter for the business relationship they have with Standard Bank, cause we end up being frustrated and having no help gain with queries we encounter wen we take your policies while signing of contract for insurance happen in Standard Bank but administration is happening in Liberty while me as a client I do not have access to liberty.
