Terrible terrible terrible

Cashed out 1,5k on the 26th June and to this day nothing is coming, tried sending e-mails but you get automated responses! Secondly I cashed out 1,5k but right on top it says -R79 I mean ***? Do yourselves a favor and save your money with another service provider because these ones are absolute garbage
