Terrible terrible service.

Today marks day 8. I emailed liberty a query, to which I have still had no response. I phoned liberty, error on their system, they will phone me back. Still never did. Complaint logged on hellopeter, got an email saying I will be contacted in 24 hours. 48 hours later no call received. Emailed the complaint address on the received email, no response received. Second hellopeter complaint 8 days later and a lot of we'll contact you and nothing.
