Terrible Service from Liberty Life

Things didn't go well at work and decided to withdraw my Provident fund money from Liberty Life Coperate Financial Services, did follow up with a lady called Natasha and assured me the money will be paid out on the 23rd just before Christmas. So went to leave and gave me numbers to call and do the follow up with, I called and they assured me within 12-48 hours the money will be in the account. 7 days later still nothing, I stated the emergency of the money that I'm not work and do need the money to pay for rent, buy groceries, and buy cloths for my two year old daughter. I'm not working and every day when I call they giving me empty promises. It's Almost new year and still nothing came through, I'm dam ****ed it's there service and would recommend anything to save their money with Liberty Life, call centre agents just messed me around with their lies.
