Terrible service from Liberty Corporate and very unprofessional

Bad service from Liberty Corporate. My company submitted my my claims for my Provident Fund and after 10 days I phoned liberty corporate and the said the only thing missing is my tax number so i gave it to them and they said it will be paid after 10 days. Well 20days later and after numerous emails they informed me that there are additional info that they need. And after completing the application it will take another 20days. This is very unprofessional and I will never invest into library again...
