Terrible Service

I have been paying for the funeral cover for 14yrs. In these years I claimed in 2009 it took three weeks to process the payment. This time I claimed on the 25th of February, all I received is an automised messages. Noone has contacted me. For 14yrs money is deducted monthly, however, claims take very very long and the company doesn't care.
