Terrible Service !

Terrible service, the only response you will ever get is the first computer generated response, the staff will never call or email to update you. I emailed my documents through on the 10/01/2022, and got an automated response immediately advising that I would receive an update within 3 working days, this never happened. A week later , I called to follow up, call taken by Fay who was picking up old docs from a year ago, but not the docs sent through and acknowledged on the 10/01/2022. Fay then gave me an email address to resend docs to, and advised that I would be updated in a few days, this never happened. I followed up weekly with no actual headway. On the 03/02/2022, I called and was advised by Fay that matter had been escalated to management, and that a tax directive had been requested and payment would follow. Another week passed with no response so I called again on the 10/02/2022 and was advised that all was in order, and that payment had been loaded for the 16/02/2022. The 16th came and went, no payment. I then called on the 18/02/2022 only to be told by Thatho that my payment had not been processed, and that a tax directive had just been requested. Seriously, what the hell. I was actually directed to this page by a family member and colleague who recently experienced the exact same pathetic service. I was told that I will receive a call on Monday, I'm not holding my breath though , they have never called me once in these two months, so I guess it will be me following up again on Monday
