Terrible service!!

I have a policy for 4 years with liberty. 3 years ago my financial advisor quit. I have called the call center twice in the last month to request a call back from a new advisor. I am not receiving anything. I am paying every month but the servise is non existing. How will they pay out money if they cant even phone back? I am closing my policy today and looking for a advisor that does what they are paid for
