Terrible service and ******ion

Liberty Life might just be one of the most terrible companies I have ever worked with. My father passed away and they are supposed to pay out a retirement annuity to us. We gave them a settlement agreement of how the funds should be devided amongst the beneficiaries more than two months ago. They keep asking us for the contact details of the beneficiaries and when we zend it to them they spam us with the exact same email. In which they reply they need the contact details. This is the reply I get on a message where I provide the information they thereafter ask for again. The telephone number they provided us with either keeps ringing or says the person is unavailable. This is unacceptable behavior and I am absolutely disgusted by this service.

Please never support this company, you will wait and wait for something that is rightfully yours.
