Terrible service and incompetence from Liberty

I am writing to complain about terrible client service from Liberty regarding the withdrawal of myself and my wife's retirement annuity. I've had to repeatedly submit forms time and again after being told by Liberty they were not submitted. Then after waiting 2+ months for a directive from SARS, it gets declined due to forms not being submitted by Liberty. The required documentation was in fact submitted to Liberty but they never submitted it to SARS.

This speaks of gross incompetence by Liberty staff and very poor client service. Now my directive will be delayed even more and I've already been waiting for months! I wish to escalate this issue and get it resolved ASAP.
