Terrible service and delay tactics

At this point they don’t even deserve a star rating because I have had to endure the worst service with this company. Terrible service and delays, claim still not resolved after a months even after the documents requested was submitted. In the meantime I still have to go see a doctor again and I cannot because Liberty is stalling with claim mind you my case has been with the for months. I am desperate and I’m need of my funds and I am just being ignored. I can’t even count at this point the complaints and emails I have sent to these people because I am probably a joke in their offices. I am not in a good space mentally and Liberty has just made all of this worse and I’m really sick and tired of being treated like this.
