Terrible Service

I have been trying to get my beneficiary's changed since May, i have filled in mine and my husbands beneficiary change forms and sent it through yet everytime they make a mistake on the changes then i have to wait 2 weeks or more for this to be rectified.

When i called yesterday i asked for a supervisor or a manager and i am still waiting is this the type of service we get from Liberty???
