Terrible service 5 yrs later and they still have no idea what to do with this policy

My father took out an Education policy for my daughter when she was 4 years old, a 5 year term policy. My father passed away in 2017, I have been busy with Liberty since then trying to get my daughters Education policy paid out, Liberty say that they will not pay out the policy as my daughter has not passed away, what is wrong with these people, this is an education policy? I was requested to do a policy ownership change and told I would then be able to claim, I sent the docs through after finally getting executorship of my fathers estate, only to receive an email advising that the monies will not be paid out as my daughter is not deceased??? I called twice this morning, 1st call after 10mins was cut, my second call to yourselves I ran out of airtime, before that I was informed that the policy was also not changed to myself as the policy holder, been given the run around, they clearly have no idea as to what they're doing and neither agent bothered to call me back after the calls were cut, terrible service!
