Terrible service

I have had the worst experience with the company. A claim that was done on the 16th of October 2024 and till to date it's still pending & no decency from the company to contact me with update, they not even answering my emails to give updates. i have to waste my own airtime and contact them ONLY to be told that i must follow up on the coming Monday 29th were as previously i was told to call on Fridays. The worst service ever, I would wish for anyone else to going through what i am still going through, I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone.
