I have been attempting to move my RA and Life Policy but keep getting emails requesting information I have sent already.
I sent the signed quote for my RA and am still waiting for my Life Policy quote I sent all relevant documents - WHY IS SO DIFFICULT TO PROCESS AND GET RIGHT!!!!!
Address it immediately before I log a complaint with the Ombudsman!!!
