Terrible service

I have been going back and forth since September to get my tax sorted out. I was told by Elisha Singh from libery that the matter would be sorted out by the end of October. I have waited and waited and nothings been done. This is by far the worst company to deal with regarding provident funds. I will tell everyone I come across about the bad service i have received.
