TERRIBLE SERVICE
<p>To Whom It May Concern</p> <p> </p> <p>I signed up with Liberty life for Life Insurance on: March 2016</p> <p>My 1st deduction was on the: 1st of April 2016, and it was a double deduction as well, witch it was not supposed to be.</p> <p> </p> <p>I ‘am quite upset with Liberty as I have been trying to deal with Herman Swart, he is my financial advisor. I recently emailed him (sending him the same email about 5 – 6 times as he did not reply on my first email) and asked him to please come and see me as I would like to open a Unit Trust, so help me save and what not. He told me that he will send me the necessary documents for opening the unit trust over email, I then asked him if he could please come and see me in person. I feel it’s quite unprofessional to do everything via email, and I was not 100% sure how the unit trust works and instead of waiting on his reply to explain to me how it works and fear of miss communication. He said that unfortunately he can not come and see me as he is fully “booked” for the following two weeks and that we will be going on vacation as well. I then told him that I want to see him and if I don’t I will have to cancel (of co**** I do not want to cancel as I have a son I need to think of, anything can happen to me and I want him to be okay should I not be on earth anymore) .</p> <p> </p> <p>He did not reply to me emails after that. So I got a Supervisor’s email address and I emailed him the situation and asked him as well to please provide me with a different Financial Advisor to help with the unit trust, yet no answer from him as well, his name is Johan.</p> <p> </p> <p>So a Thabiso contacted me, because my boyfriend asked him to, and he promised me that he will be taking over my account from Herman and then Thabiso will come and see me at my home to explain and discuss the opening of my unit trust. He said that he will contact me within a week to set up a meeting, witch he never did.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am quite upset as I still do not have a unit trust yet, and I can not get a hold of anyone I have mentioned in this email.</p> <p> </p>
