Terrible Lead Times when it comes to payouts
<p>Hi. I left my employer on 10 may, and my providend fund claim was also submitted that same day. I emailed several times getting the same response since then that my account is still being reconciled, i mean, how long does it take to reconcile such a small account? I emailled Ronelle and asked het how long does it take to process a claim, she responded with 10 working days hence all documents required was received. So now currently on working day 25, still no progress, wasted airtime holding and holding when phoning. Several emails with no good answer. I seriously dont recommend Liberty to anyone considering taking out a policy, since they cant keep to their commitments. </p>

I still dont get how quickly you can phone me for this posting but it still takes 2+ days responding to my query with probable same story. Other employees that left this same company got their money within 4 weeks, what makes me so special to have to already wait 5 weeks and now added another 15 working days to process. Not acceptable. Still not recomending Liberty. Bad service slow replies.
