Terrible

Im beyond annoyed and upset with Liberty. A month ago I send in a withdrawal request, supposed to take 15 days. Nothing yet. They kept asking me for proof of account. I got one from Finex Access, then said needed to be stamped, they dont stamp, eventually someone from bank helped out with that, then said they cant verify account must send proof, ive send bank statement. (Partial as my things have nothing to do with them)

Now each time i get a message that still busy with request. This is very unacceptable. I left some of the money there and busy with new investment via them that im strongly rethinking now.

Its very bad service. I mean its my account ive send enough proof.

If its not sorted asap im moving everything from them
