Tax Directive causing TAX return block

I discovered that Liberty took out a Tax Directive against an unclaimed benefit listed on their records for me. I have not received any communication that the unclaimed benefit was paid out to a previous employer nor to me yet the received a Tax Directive against my name in November 2021 so that they can proceed to pay out the benefit. Today I am preparing my 2022 Tax Return and SARS claims that I will not be able to finalise my return due to this Tax Directive which was issued and only the fund manager can resolve the problem. I am now sick of this. First Data Factory haunted me for the unclaimed benefit which I did not want. Then when I finally provided them with my detail so that they can process the unclaimed benefit I must find that you are causing me not to file my TAX Return. This is unfair. I expect that Liberty contact me with urgency so that the matter can be resolved. I want you out of my life IMMEDIATELY!
