TAX CERTIFICATE

I have been waiting for my tax certificate on a retirement annuity for tax year 2015. SARS opened tax returns on 1 July and Liberty cant provide me with a contribution certificate. I have contacted the call center and sent numerous emails, but to no avail have I had sucess, even my broker is having difficulty in obtaining it for me. This is unacceptable, as no notification was sent to me advising of the delay and this is preventing me from submitting my tax. For a company of this calibre, it is rather shocking not receiving any notification and the mere fact that an alternative solution has not be found to rectify this problem and provide the relevant documents to their clients. A bad taste in the market place for Liberty. Please address this problem with immediate effect and provide me with the document ASAP.
