Taking forever to process my claim

I'm very disappointed with the service I got from liberty. I send my claim over 2 months ago but every time I call I get different people giving me different stories if not cutting my calls after putting on hold for over 20min.

I don't think they have any regard to how this bad service affect us as their customers as we have plans and now everyone need to suffer just because someone decided they were too tired to submit a claim or to do their job. I'm very disgusting, I need this sorted asap.
