Take but won't help in unemployment
Refused to pay out for dread disease. Refused to pay out of 6 months unemployment. Refused to pay out some of RA because of unemployment because 'some law may be passed' Law wasn't passed, instead law changed to withdraw 25% of funds
Don't trust these ****s, they will take your money and straight up decline when you actually need the help.
Been with them for 10+ years and they refuse any claims. (I have the emails) It's R550000 just in unemployment, took out top tier for dread disease, and they refuse to pay, they just take, **** you if you lost your job due to covid lockdowns, they won't do the basic work to assist you, had to take loans just so I can eat bread

21 Apr 2022, 15:41I understand your position on not providing mental issues, depression is a medical issue, BUT... severe bipolar is a dread disease, due to it's nature
I also see no reason how "mental conditions" factor into unemployment. I sent you each and every document there is. Even if we 'ignore' the dread disease cover, you still owe me 6 months worth of unemployment. I sent you all the required docs and more. Medical issues have naught to do with being retrenched due to covid cutbacks.
