Superlative Service

With reference to my complaint posted on Hello Peter on 27 June 2015 regarding gross negligence / poor responses at Liberty Corporate, I wish to attest to the superlative service received thereafter and my claim promptly settled.<br> <br> Responses were timeously and professionally actioned from the various management teams, i.e, Jolene Lottering, Sharon Hochreiter, followed by Jack Matlou's intervention and constant feedback ensured the claim settled in record time.<br> <br> It is my view that Liberty Corporate delivers high calibre customer experience, and in this unfortunate instance the \little cog in the clockwork"led to the exposure of a service falling outside of their client service parameters.<br> <br> I am honoured and appreciative with the degree of service received and wish to thank Jack Matlou and the Liberty Corporate management team for a supremely excellent client experience and renewing my confidence with Liberty Group as a whole. <br> <br> May your business excel in surpassing your business goals.<br> <br> Best wishes"
