Submit two pot claim on the 2nd June 2025, which, to date, has not been paid out. Per their stated policy, the expected turnaround time for such claims is 20 working days; however, this timeline has now been significantly exceeded. Upon previous follow-ups, I was informed that the matter would be escalated to the payments department and advised to check back after a week if the payment remained unresolved. I comp**** with this guidance but regrettably received no update or resolution. Subsequently, during my most recent follow-up call, I was asked to provide my contact details with the assurance that I would receive a callback as soon as feedback was obtained from the escalation. To my disappointment, no such communication has been forthcoming.
