Struggling with EVERYTHING regarding late fathers policy

<p>My father passed away in 2013, the only beneficiaries are me, my brother and mother. Initially the trustees decided to pay all of the money to my brother (older than 21 and not dependent on my father at all) because according to Liberty he is more dependent on my father, with no other valid reason given, and no information asked from me about my financial situation or dependancy on my dad. I complained because my fathers will stated everything should be divided between the 2 of us.</p> <p> </p> <p>The first complain was in January 2017, I am still struggling to get decent info out of Liberty 3 months later. Still NO answer, everytime I phone them regarding this matter they can either not give an answer or they want more documents, which will be referred to the trustees, and takes 15 - 45 working days for an answer. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am fed up!! There were the same type of policy at another institution and it was handled and done in a month with NO excuses and no nonsense.</p>
