Stir deducting premium for my late mom

I took liberty funeral cover for me, my mother and my daughter in 2006 when I started working and without fail I’ve been paying and my mothers premium was R100 since she was older, mom passed away and on claiming since mom was unnatural death and I read the rules that the money they give you goes up by 5% every to my surprise when I claimed I got the money that I signed for 2006 nothing more, worse of all they r still taking my mothers premium, I’m tired of calling those offices we might aswell cancel the whole policy because wow they are useless
