Still waiting for my cash out money

I highly disappointed in stash liberty group y'all are taking me for a ride I've sent numerous emails but y'all don't bother to get back to me!!!! I am writing to express my concern regarding a cashout of R600 rands I initiated on the 27th of October. As of today, it has been over 7 days, and I have not yet received the funds in my account. Typically, the transfer is completed within 2 days, and this delay is causing me some financial strain as I need the funds to pay my bills.
