Still no pay out

The previous company that I worked for, was linked with Liberty for provident funds. I contributed for over 2 years but I am now unable to get my payment out of them. I left my previous employer mid-January. My application was only submitted on the 10th February 2015. I was told that I would have to wait 6-8 weeks. That time frame is up and today I receive a vague email stating that documentation is missing. They have waited 8 weeks to let me know that documentation is missing. This results in MY money earning interest in their bank account instead of mine and it results it yet another delay in me getting money that I have contributed. I am highly annoyed and frustrated!!!
