Still cannot be trusted

Still a ************* company, as I wrote a review about two weeks back and they respond and then I send an email to the person who responded and until today no comment or reply. I will never use Liberty, it is almost as they disappeared of the face of the earth and no one responds to emails and no telephones are being answered.
