I have been plunging R 8,000.00 per month into Liberty’s bank account for four plus years now. Which amounts to over R 400,000.00. If I had only saved that money…

I took out life insurance, income protection, disability, etc from Liberty. In a time in need when all three policies need to pay out, Liberty did not do their work. Going for three months since the claimable event, not a sent from Libert plus ridiculous forms that have to be completed. On top of that, a month after a form had to be submitted to a doctor, they realised their mistake. Another month later additional documents were required.

Now they are pulling out all the stops, going through my medical history from years ago that has no relation to the current claim. All just not to pay a claim.
