STAY AWAY FROM LIBERTY LIFE - Useless Customer Relations

After 2 and a half months of waiting for a solution about a policy payout from Liberty, I am still waiting for communication. Their agents are permanently ineffective and useless. HOW IS LIBERTY LIFE STILL OPERATING? The last company on earth I would ever reconsider taking any new policy with. I am beyond comprehension with frustration.
