STAY AWAY FROM LIBERTY!!!

Appalling behavior and a shocking lack of empathy from people who seem to know nothing about customer service.

Every time I follow up on my claim, I’m told something new is missing—resetting the timeline for when I’ll receive my money all over again. There’s absolutely zero sense of urgency, and I will be moving my investment to Allan Gray, where I know I can count on excellent service. Liberty treats you as if they’re doing you a favor with your own money.

Can someone who actually knows what they’re doing—someone who cares about assisting customers promptly—finally resolve my query? I have never been this frustrated about my own finances!
