Statements
I am an executor of a deceased estate. Liberty have paid out the proceeds of a unit trust investment but continue to ignore me when I request the supporting statements required by the Master of the High Court. I have requested these statements several time on email and have called their call centre twice - they promise to follow and and come back to me but I get no response.
